Gangaur sweets hails from Kolkata I believe. Since I was born and brought up in Kolkata, I have been a fan of Gangaur since childhood. Gangaur Jaipur is equally good for me at it serves the best club Kachori(one of the most popular breakfast served in Kolkata) Jalebi in Jaipur. It’s so good so there is some demand supply gap, you have to wait for around 15 mins if you go on a Sunday morning, but trust me the wait is worth it. Food is excellent, my advise is takeaway and eat peacefully at home. A little space is available, where you can stand and eat inside the shop, but I would not recommend that. They say they take orders on calls, but as per personal experience, they never answer the phone only. Must must must try breakfast Club Kachori Sabzi plate and Jalebi. 50/- per plate has 5 kachori and Sabzi. Jalebi is 500/- per kg, you can order as Many grams you like. I have not yet tried any other sweet or snack from here.

Disappointing Experience at Gangaur Sweets Rating: ⭐ I recently visited Gangaur Sweets and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback in the hope that improvements can be made. Aloo Kachori Quality: I ordered the Aloo Kachori and was appalled by the extremely poor quality. The kachories were soaked in oil to the point where you could literally squeeze it out. This not only compromised the taste but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene and cooking standards. Service: The service I received was exceptionally poor. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, making the entire dining experience unpleasant. It's disheartening when you expect a certain level of service and receive the opposite. Lack of Empathy: What struck me the most was the complete lack of empathy from the staff. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and showed no willingness to address the issues raised. A customer-friendly approach is crucial for the success of any business, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking. Arrogance: The staff exhibited a surprising level of arrogance, behaving as if they were the sole providers of such delicacies in the world. A little humility and customer appreciation go a long way in creating a positive atmosphere, which was distinctly absent during my visit. Zero Sense of Ownership: Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the complete absence of any sense of ownership for the quality of their products and service. It's crucial for businesses to take responsibility for customer feedback and strive for continuous improvement. In conclusion, my experience at Gangaur Sweets was extremely disappointing. I hope that the management takes these points into consideration and works towards improving the quality of their offerings and customer service. It's essential to prioritize customer satisfaction and create an environment where patrons feel valued.
